Leadership Development Coaching Program Overview
Program Outline:
We supply a combination of Success Coaching and Mentoring in the form of a structured, step-by-step process that provides a road map toward leadership growth.
We provide a tailor made program in module format, designed to be covered over a 12 month period and based on 2 x sessions per month. This can be carried out face-to-face or remotely worldwide.
Module Content:
To accommodate the needs of your organisation as well as the individual, the module contents may contain but is not limited to the following:
Module 1: Thought
Thinking for Success, Lateral & Creative Thinking, Reality based Thinking, Thoughts v s Beliefs, The Law of Attraction, Attitudes and Perceptions, Personal Accountability, Objective Self, Team, and Department Analysis.
Module 2: Successful Non-verbal Communication
Personal Presentation, Effects of Body Language on Others and Self, Interpreting Body Language, Effects of Body Language on Success, Managing Bad & Good Habits for Personal and Business Success.
Module 3: Successful Communication
Self analysis in all areas such as: Conducting Meetings, Influencing Others, Small Group vs. Large Group Presentations, Think Tanks, Successful Facilitation, Building Relationships, The Importance of Truth, and Public Speaking.
Module 4: These Changing Times
The Evolution of Self, Team and Department, The Change Cycle, Change Management Strategies, Dealing with Resistance, and Managing Stress.
Module 5: Management Skills
Effective Communication Techniques, Understanding People’s Behaviours and Motivators, Handling Difficult People, Time Management, and Performance Management of Self, Team, & Department.
Module 6: Leadership Skills
Creating Magic with the Disney 10 Step Leadership Strategies, Coaching and Mentoring for Success, Managing Cultures and Diversity, and Thought Leadership Techniques for Ongoing Personal and Business Improvement.
