WHAT’S THE MIND AND BODY WORKSHOP ALL ABOUT?
MIND: You will be working with a qualified Mind Coach and certified Behavioural and Values Analyst on anything that you would like to tackle for yourself or within your organisation.
We will cater for anything that you would like to tackle within your organisation. It may be Strategic Planning, Management, Leadership, Teamwork, Communication or some other specific topic that is relevant. Just let us know we are here to help.
We’ll also introduce you to the Hogan Leadership Forecast Series that will allow you to explore Leade rship behaviours from 3 different perspectives.
- The impression you make on others with your typical style of social behaviour , as well as receiving information on personality strengths and weaknesses.
- The characteristic ways in which you respond to increasing pressure, stress, or insecurity, and the way that you impact on others as you become “ragged at the edges.”
- The core values and goals at the centre of your identity.
BODY: You will be working with Craig Raymond a fully qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer who will design your unique fitness and health program just for you.
We have an abundance of options that you can choose from:
Health Information and Health Testing – this encompasses Blood Pressure, Pulse rate and target heart rates for exercise/weight loss, Body Fat and Waist To Hip Ratio, Respiratory Health using a Spirometer, Skin elasticity, BMI, Blood Glucose and Cholesterol, Lifestyle Analysis or Physical testing for a measurement of fitness.
Fitness Challenges and Team Building including Survivor, Murder Mystery, Beats Work, Mission Impossible, Kon Tiki, Boxing & Kick-Boxing, Sailing, The Business of Coffee, Lost Treasure, Hunter Valley, Convict Run, Sports Challengers, Corporate Commando.
