TriMetrix Certification

LEVEL 1: The is a 16 week program run over the internet using an online collaboration tool.  This program focuses on one-on-one debriefing of the TriMetrix Coaching profile.  It brings the knowledge of the DISC and Workplace Motivators tools to an advanced level, as well as the incorporation of the Personal Talent Skills Inventory

Hogan Assessment Certification Workshop

In this 2 day workshop participants will be taught how to use the three Hogan inventories: Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), which evaluates personality characteristics that people need to get along and get ahead (i.e. job fit). Hogan Development Survey (HDS), which identifies factors that impede career success (i.e. management fit).  Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI), which assesses business drivers and core values for individual fit within a corporate culture (i.e. organisational fit).

This workshop enhances your interpretive skills through advanced case studies, applied feedback, and coaching.  You will conduct detailed interpretation and analysis of assessment results and be given comprehensive feedback on the HPI, HDS, and MVPI.
