The Foundation of Hogan

Hogan Assessment Systems was founded by USA-based Dr Robert Hogan and Dr Joyce Hogan after they had conducted more than 25 years of research, accumulating evidence to prove that personality testing predicts job performance. The Hogans are widely credited with demonstrating how personality factors influence organisational effectiveness.

About the Authors

Dr Robert Hogan is a prolific writer and prize-winning teacher who speaks regularly in the USA, Asia, Australia and Europe and has twice been the keynote speaker at the Australian Psychological Society Conference.

Dr Joyce Hogan is a research scientist, distinguished academic and author. She serves on the editorial board of four psychology journals and is a consultant on employment discrimination for the US Department of Justice.

Hogan is the world leader in providing personality-based assessment methods for business. To date, Hogan has been used to assess over 5 million working adults performing over 450 different jobs in over 40 languages.
