SuccessMasters has combined forces with Amber International owned and operated by Tanya Cavanagh to present a range of Auto Industry specific training programs that are unlike any other programs on offer in the Automotive Industry.

Tanya Cavanah with 17 years solid experience in the Automotive Industry, there isn’t much she doesn’t know about the car world.  Simply put, this lady is amazing and one of the very best in her field.

Unlike other subject matter experts, Tanya has lived and breathed every facet of dealership life. Starting “on the tools” at 21, she took her own Ultratune Franchise from a ranking of 135 to a National No 15 ranking in only 2 years. After successfully selling that business, she ventured into car sales management where she remained until November 2009 when she formed her own automotive consultancy business, Amber International Pty Ltd, and teamed with SuccessMasters to spearhead our Auto Solutions Division.

While working with Mazda, Tanya became one of Western Australia’s Top Sales Performers – a title no one has been able to claim to date! She then became the first ever female New Vehicle Sales Manager for the largest Toyota Dealership in WA blitzing huge turnover with excellent gross profit. She has also held the role of Dealership General Manager and prides herself on running productive and happy teams.

Tanya has also worked for Lexus and spent time with a luxury vehicle company where she cemented her incredible selling skills and also got to organise the first ever Supercar Rally in Perth for Charity.

As a Certified Professional Behavioural and Values Analyst, Tanya works extensively with the Success Insights Suite of Products such as DISC and Workplace Motivators. Her Sales Assist Service program (better known as S.A.S.), which incorporates the effective use of psychometric profiling, has taken the Auto Industry by storm.
